Our Mission Captain Jay’s Fish & Chicken is dedicated to bringing local neighborhoods the freshest fish and chicken in the market. With YOU BUY, WE FRY, we are distinguished from other institutions deemed as fast food. We offer a variety of grain foods, dairy products, vegetables, produce, fresh seafood, fresh shrimp, and fresh poultry in our markets. Our customers are able to purchase the freshest fish/shellfish and chicken available in any market, and cook it with their families at home. For your convenience, Captain Jay’s Fish & Chicken also offers the service of frying your fresh poultry and seafood with an additional minimal cost. Our mission is to not only provide our customers with the freshest produce, poultry, and seafood, but also offer different services and additional core products in our mini mart in order to create a comprehensive experience which will ease the lives of our customers.
